Important Information
· The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 5 days of receiving the product.
· The returned product must be sent without undue delay and no later than 5 days after notification of withdrawal.
· The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
· The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to individual order or personalized according to the Customer's requirements, as well as in other cases provided by law.
· LUMARA light refunds the amounts due after receiving and inspecting the returned product in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
